You will be refunded via your bank account, if needed, please contact our service hotline and offer
your bank account for the service.
Q: May I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, only refunds or replacements (for damaged/defective
items). However, you can simply return your item for a full refund and place another order through
our website. please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Q: What other ways can I pay for the product I just bought?
Sorry, currently COD(Cash on delivery) is the only payment method we're offering.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery of packages take?
If you are in Metro Manila, you will receive your order in 3 - 5 business days. For customers
outside Metro Manila, orders are delivered in 5-10 business days.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will let you know as soon as possible. If
you are unavailable to receive a delivery, our courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice
informing you of re-delivery or giving you instructions.
We will send you an email containing tracking information for your order once it has been shipped
out of our warehouse.
